Core TV 1 has been founded in August 2008. It is an initiative of Free Range TV.
Core TV 1 produces documentaries that have community relevance. This context has a global aspect to it, but the focus is clearly on Melbourne/Australia.
The first series to be produced is on Graffiti and will show various residents and interest groups voicing their opinion on the issue. There seems to be a polarisation on graffiti in Melbourne with a strong pro-graffiti voice as well as a strong anti-graffiti sentiment.
Core TV 1 seeks to give residents and other members of the community a voice, regardless of their political agenda. We maintain a un-biased view point.
The second project will be a documentary series on obesity.
